Arnhem
Arnhem was declared the winner of the Best City Centre in the Netherlands from 2007 to 2009. The jury report held that Arnhem 'was a complete city with a pleasant appearance, good accessibility, sufficient parking facilities and where a friendly atmosphere ensures a pleasant residential climate.'
Nijmegen
