FIRST LEGO® League finals in Cool Region Arnhem Nijmegen
Congress Centre Papendal will open its doors for the FIRST LEGO® League on February 6. De FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) is a game for the 9-14 age group and a challenge to explore the social role of engineering and technology with the help of various assignments.
The Foundation for the Promotion of Technology Stichting Techniekpromotie organises this year’s finals of the FIRST LEGO® League together with 3 technical centres in the Province of Gelderland: Technocentrum de Vallei , TechnoCentrum IJssel Vecht Veluwe and Kenniscentrum Bèta Techniek (Technocentrum Zuidelijk Gelderland) .
The assignments of the FIRST LEGO® League will be related to a theme and defined in the “Challenge”, which is different every year. The children work in teams of maximum ten students to complete the assignments to the best of their ability. They will show the results during the regional finals and the Benelux finals.
